This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and any signed service agreement.

2. General Policy Overview
Due to the nature of event planning services — which involve time-sensitive bookings, supplier commitments, deposits, and preparatory work — refunds are subject to specific conditions.
Many costs associated with event planning are incurred well in advance of the event date and are often non-recoverable.
3. Deposits
3.1 Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits paid to secure Narvello’s services are non-refundable.
The deposit covers:
- Initial planning consultations
- Venue research and supplier sourcing
- Administrative time
- Preliminary design and concept development
- Date reservation
A booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
4. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If the Client cancels services after booking confirmation, the following refund structure may apply:
4.1 Cancellation More Than 90 Days Before the Event
- Deposit: Non-refundable
- Additional payments: Refundable, minus any third-party expenses already incurred
4.2 Cancellation Between 60–89 Days Before the Event
- Deposit: Non-refundable
- Up to 50% of total contracted fees may be retained depending on work completed
- Third-party supplier fees are non-refundable
4.3 Cancellation Between 30–59 Days Before the Event
- Deposit: Non-refundable
- Up to 75% of total contracted fees may be retained
- Third-party costs are non-refundable
4.4 Cancellation Within 30 Days of the Event
- No refund of fees paid
- Full contracted amount may become due
- All third-party payments are non-refundable
Exact amounts will depend on the signed service agreement and the stage of event preparation.
5. Third-Party Supplier Refunds
Narvello works with independent third-party vendors including venues, caterers, decorators, entertainers, and technical providers.
Important:
- Supplier deposits and payments are subject to each supplier’s own refund policy.
- Narvello cannot guarantee refunds from third-party suppliers.
- Any recoverable funds from suppliers will be returned to the Client once received.
Clients may be required to pursue certain supplier refunds directly.
6. Postponements and Rescheduling
If an event is postponed rather than cancelled:
- The deposit remains valid for the rescheduled date (subject to availability).
- Additional fees may apply if the new date requires new supplier bookings or price adjustments.
- If Narvello is unavailable on the new date, standard cancellation terms may apply.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes.
7. Company-Initiated Cancellation
Narvello reserves the right to cancel services in cases of:
- Non-payment
- Client breach of contract
- Unsafe or unlawful event conditions
In such cases:
- Deposits remain non-refundable.
- Any refundable portion will be calculated after deducting work completed and supplier commitments.
8. Force Majeure
Narvello shall not be liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Venue closures
- Strikes or supply chain disruptions
In such cases:
- We will attempt to reschedule the event.
- Refunds will depend on supplier recovery and completed work.
9. Digital Services and Consultations
For standalone consultations or digital planning services:
- Refunds are not available once the service has been delivered.
- If cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, fees may be credited toward future services.
10. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Administrative or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
12. Event Insurance Recommendation
Narvello strongly recommends that Clients obtain comprehensive event insurance to protect against:
- Cancellation
- Supplier failure
- Illness
- Unexpected disruptions
Event insurance may help recover costs that are otherwise non-refundable.
